Chris Brown is really getting hooked on his tattoos, which seem to hold a special meaning for the star, seeing as how he just tattooed his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran’s face on his arm.
The tattoo, located on Breezy’s upper arm, showcases Karrueche’s profile from a recent photoshoot, where she’s decked out in war paint with wet touseled hair.
Looks like their relationship is a lot more real than people are making it out to be!

Labels are clamoring to sign Australian rap sensation Iggy Azalea, but she may have already found a home at Def Jam.
Iggy had dinner with some members of the Def Jam crew in L.A. last night, including signee Rihanna. The 21-year-old rapper tweeted about the experience.
Bu Thiam, VP of A&R for Def Jam, helped fuel the rumor that Iggy was joining his roster when he took to Twitter as well.
If that wasn’t enough, Iggy replied “Yup!!!” to a Def Jam A&R staffer who wrote, “@IGGYAZALEA dope meeting you tonight.. Cant wait til your officially part of the team.”

- De La Soul Announces Side Project With New LP (Blog) (@plugonedelasoul)
Dave (aka Trugoy) and Posdnuos of legendary alt-rap group De La Soul have announced that they will be launching a side project called First Serve. The duo plan on dropping an album in April, but have already released a mixtape entitled The Goon Time Mixtape.
Pos and Dave will assume the monikers Deen “D” Whitter and Jacob “Pop Life” Barrow for the project, and on their mixtape they rhyme over classic beats as well as tracks by newer artists such as Aloe Blacc.
First Serve’s debut album isn’t titled as of yet.

Slaughterhouse is readying their Shady Records debut album, which is set to release in April 2012, and Crooked I recently sat down with Conspiracy Worldwide Hip Hop Radio to reveal last minute touches.
First off, he revealed that he would like to get DJ Premier involved in the project, saying “It’s always a possibility until it’s getting pressed up and printed up. When we did the first Slaughterhouse album, we recorded most of it in Premier’s studio, in New York.”
He also dished on features without giving away any secrets, saying “There’s a lot of heavyweight producers on board; we’ll have a few surprise features with artists out there that are staying true to the craft and are reigning on the charts. It’s more so about the sound. We don’t ever grab a record and say ‘This’ll be a smash hit if we put this person on who’s popular.’ It’s more about the sound, like, ‘Who would sound good on this?’ whether it’s an underground person or a mainstream person. It’s about who sounds the best and what would make the song come out the best.”
Crooked went on to talk about collaborating with Eminem for the album, saying “We got some joints on there [that Eminem] produced. I don’t know all that will end up making the album, but definitely he will have joints on there. He brought a couple of incredible records to the table already.”

Mannie Fresh is the new face behind the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music collaborative album. He was recently photographed in the studio banging out some hits with Big Sean and Pusha T, who’ve both spoke on the album being completed in the near future.
In one of Kanye’s VOYER videos he was seen praising Mannie Fresh’s legendary albums with Cash Money in their heyday, which obviously persuaded him to get Mannie on the G.O.O.D. Music album.

Rumors were flooding the internet that rapper 2 Chainz had his jewelry stolen in Detroit, but things didn’t exactly go down as they were reported.
2 Chainz played to a sold out crowd at Fox Theatre in Detroit, but when the show ended mayhem ensued. A fight broke out around the rapper and his crew, which is where rumors started to form about the rapper getting robbed for his chain.
However, 2 Chainz hit the web to clear up the rumors, saying “Listen u guys stop it wit da rumors, only thing happen wus my fukn CUPS got knocked out my hand thru the commotion!
